Refund policy
Every piece at MySpaceCloset is secondhand and one-of-one, so all sales are final. The exception: if your order arrives damaged in transit or significantly different from the listing photos or description, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or store credit. To start a claim, use the Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and photos of the issue. A note on condition: our pieces are pre-loved. Small signs of wear are part of the charm and are photographed or described in the listing whenever present. Wear that's disclosed in the listing isn't eligible for a claim.
